Meal-Prep Recipes eBook

In this eBook, you’ll find 55 recipes perfectly suited for meal prepping—meaning they can be prepared in larger batches and stored for several days without any trouble. The collection includes 27 main meals, 8 shakes, 11 snacks, and 7 sauces and dips.
Each recipe also includes information about the situations it’s best suited for. To make this as clear as possible, we’ve added easy-to-recognize symbols that highlight the key characteristics of each dish.

We’ve also created a symbol to highlight vegan recipes — or those that can be easily adapted to a vegan version. Currently, 37 recipes are either fully vegan or can be made vegan with minimal adjustments (for example, replacing chicken with tofu). Every recipe includes quantities and full nutritional information for both a small and a large portion, so you can always choose the option that best fits your needs and goals.
