As a passionate athlete myself with competition experience in handball, tennis, martial arts and CrossFit, I have a deep understanding of the needs of athletes.
To improve my knowledge and coaching skills, I am constantly analysing relevant science journals and exchanging ideas with other experts.
My educational background:
• MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, Leeds Becket University (UK)
• IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition, International Olympic Committee
• Bachelor in Nutritional Science, HAW Hamburg
