Why is Nutrition so Important in CrossFit?

The demands in CrossFit are very diverse and range from weightlifting and maximum strength to gymnastics and pure endurance. And ideally, all of this in one training session.

Due to the highly variable training load, it makes sense to individually adjust the nutrition, which means that personal goals such as weight reduction, performance maximization, regeneration optimization, muscle building support, and competition nutrition can be achieved much more effectively.

Sure, we could create the perfect nutrition plan on paper and send it to every athlete. But that’s exactly what doesn’t work in practice!

If the recommendations are not exactly tailored to your needs and problems, then implementation is extremely difficult. This in turn means a significantly lower chance of success that you will achieve your goals.
