Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on the convection setting. Cut the protein wraps into triangles and toss them in plenty of paprika. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until crispy.

2️⃣ Sauté the beef tartare with onions.

3️⃣ Now layer the salad as follows: beef tartare, 1/2 can of black beans, 1/2 can of corn, half of the salsa, then another 1/2 can of black beans, corn, and salsa. Then layer the lettuce, Crème Légère, and grated cheese.

TIP: Don’t add the nachos to the salad until you’re ready to eat, since the moisture will cause them to lose their crunch quickly

ℹ️ Additional Information ℹ️

👉 The salad can also be eaten 1–2 days after it’s made—but in that case, don’t add the homemade tortilla chips until you’re ready to eat it.

👉 Alternatively, it can also be eaten as a wrap filling
